Dear Struggling: should it come to that, TR4s came with a modern (and I
use the term loosely) harness of plastic-insulated wire. I would assume
that most reproduction TR4 harnesses would be to that specification.

...except for the headlight, turn signal, and parking light harnesses which
were laquered cloth covered wire on earlier TR4s (at least up through
CT2966L)...
