You never sent me an email asking address verification, *I* contacted YOU! I
gave you the dual
address label to be used so that regardless of it coming UPS or Mail it would
arrive to me.
You also IGNORED my order additions.
I then contacted you two other times in March asking if there was a problem
because I hadn't
received the parts. You responed to my questions finally, not to tell me when
they had been
shipped, but by saying the parts WERE BEING SHIPPED! I *HAVE* the message,
want a copy of it?
At NO POINT did you EVER contact me. All contacts were initiated by ME.
It was ONLY when I started this latest batch of mail that you folks bothered to
reply. At that,
only with LIES and DENIALS on YOUR part!
REFUND ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rest assured, I *WILL* tell everyone that asks how lousy your services are.
