Jack, The conversion from "disk" or steel wheels to wire wheels on a TR-3 is fairly simple. The wheel adapters just bolt onto the wheel studs, and the wire wheels slide on. At the most, you will need to shorten the wheel studs. I can't quote prices, but I think Moss and TRF both sell them. They are not cheap. If you find a set of used wire wheels I would recommend is that you make sure they are in good condition. Wires which are loose or out of adjustment are a serious safety threat.
