Perhaps because they have an enhanced sense of fear, this makes them wiser???
You are right, I do not do the same stupid things that I did back in my days
of "no fear". I still drive fast, when I pick my spots. But I am conscience
of things like the air pressure in my tires. And fact that the DPO of the MR2
put HR tires on the rear of a 150 MPH car. This keeps my "fear" level
sufficient to have prevented me from exploring speeds over 125. Fear (or
intellegence) is not necessarily a bad thing. The tires will be replaced this
summer!
