Bill,
There is a little electrical gizmo in the line with the fuel and temp guages.
The voltage stabilizer regulates the voltage to 10 volts.
The unit MUST be grounded to work!
If it is not grounded it will pass 12v to your guages, causing them to read
high.
I don't have any books with me, but, it is small (1/2" X 1") and has green
wires on it. It is under the dash.
