1) Make sure everyone on this and other LBC lists knows who this person is
(name, address, telephone, email, etc).
2) Maintain a list of those individuals that pull scams like this so that
others and especially newcomers to these LBC lists can be made aware.
3) Don't discount getting the law involved.  A person doing a similar scam
through one of the Ham Radio lists that I belong to will now have 5 years
behind bars to think about what he did.

He HAS no conscience nor does he care about retribution.
