I don't think they were banned in Canada...we just got the same as was
being shipped to the US. I remember going to a British Leyland dealer to
get a replacement tail lens for my 62 TR4 and I had a choice of the all
red...which is what was on the car, or an amber/red lens. It didn't matter
which. Of course, because we got what the US got, we also received the
TR250 rather than the TR5 :-(
