Jim,I have a Pertronix ignition my rebuilt Lucas distributer & I carry a sp=

e a Pertronix with a Pertronix & it would be easier that replacing a Lucas =
with a Lucas. No points to adjust, no condenser to replace.=C2=A0It does no=

Just wondering, the debate between this unit and the original points has al=
ways been that you can replace the points in the event of a failure on the =
side of the road. How difficult is it to replace this unit in the same mann=
er if you carried a spare, and what would the cost be for that spare? I'm r=
eferring to a1958 Bugeye here.
