Hello,
Try Haggerty Classic Car INsurance. All they need is pictures of
the car and the garage that its kept in. No 'official' inspection at all.
Just make sure that you ahve a 'regular' car as a daily driver. They
turned me down because they would not belive that my bicycle and then
my motorcycle were my daily drivers with the car hardly ever going out...
