Why not just make a new dash out of wood? Use the current dash as a
template, get a piece of 3/4" thick wood 8" across, lay the original dash on
the wood face down and trace away. If you have a jigsaw and a router it will
be a snap to make. And if you don't have these tools, now you have an excuse
to get them.
Of course, you could also try some of the larger parts suppliers in England,
but I suspect that a good dash will run in the $250+ range.
