I went on the iron butt warm up today to look at a TR6 of course;. the
round trip today to Charleston, SC was 460 miles and a time of
9 hours.
I thought I had the itch to do another car, but that scratched it.
On the way I thought I'd set the trip odometer and what ever I did caused
both counters to stop counting.
Now if I could only remember where I put in the info on rebuilding the
speedo.
The positive side of the trip was a kid streching his head out a car window
to get a better look at the 6 and then giving a thumbs up; and two other
people asking "what kind of car is that?".
Now , when was the last time that happen to someone driving a "Ford"
product.
