It never occurred to me to paint the caliper, steel wheels I guess. It turn
out I just received a cataloge from IPD http://www.ipdusa.com (Volvo
specialist parts) that has on the front cover "Brake Caliper Paint" It uses
a "two-part epoxy paint."
Hope this helps those who are painting their calipers.

Jim, thanks for weighing in on this one. I currently have my calipers apart
so that I could remove a stuck piston AND hone the bores. How does anyone
rebuild a caliper without splitting the halves? I got my cross-feed seals
from Pegasus Racing, about 5 bucks per pair.
I thought that powder coat melted at 350F . . .
