I sent a note to Steve Redway, who is the Editor of the TR Action about
publishing 'Technicalities' on the Internet. Unfortunately the TR
Register want to make some money out of them and are going to publish
thhem in loose leaf book format. Here is the reply that I got from
Steve

Brian,
Thanks for the E-mail. No it doesn't mean that the other Techncality
articles are no longer available as we still have the IPR and copyright
to
them as a club and TRaction as a publication.
We appreciate your intentions but would ask that you do not put any of
them on the net as we have other plans for them in the near future which
will be of more financial support to the TR Register. What we intend to
do
is produce another publication called Technicalities, probabbly in loose
leaf form made up from all of the Technicalities articles by Ian Cornish
and illustrated by Neil Revington over the years, plus all the other
many
technical articles that we have published as well. If you remember we
had a
two part book many years ago that did just that, and very sucessful it
was
too. Bill Piggott is editing this but like all good Committee member he
has
other publishing tasks he is dealing with as well, so it has been a
little
delayed. Watch out for this new publication from the TR Register some
time
in 2000.
But please be assured, the original Technicalities are in very good
hands
here at the TR Register and will not be lost.
Kindest Regards
Steve
