Adam, I have a working full set of JBL amps that you can have for the
postage. Your issue might be dying speakers. The only thing we can do is
let them go.
Parking (not emergency) brake cables are available at rockauto.com and other
sources. Use a propane (or mapp) torch and do that thang.
