Does your cooling fan turn on like normal? What does your temp gauge do
in the minutes before it stalls? I have had a ccrm go bad on a couple
of occasions with similar complaints.

Subject: [Shotimes] Stalling when very hot outside

Hello, This is my first post to the group. My 93 SHO
MTX generally runs very well. However the 4-5 times
per year the temperature exceeds 95 degrees the SHO
will stall and then it will have to cool 15-20 minutes
before it will restart. Then when
it gets hot again it will stall again.

I ran the codes and they were: 172, 176, 556, 557,
542.

Has anyone experienced this type of problem that only
happens in extreme heat? Any input you could pass on
would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Mike
