I think it depends. My stainless lines came with them but I remember
the stock replacement rubber lines I got from Carquest did not.

Did you check the box with the brake hoses? When I have purchased new
hoses, they have included washers.

Thanks to all of you who responded to my brake question of a couple
weeks
ago. With regard to my issues I have a box with four new brake hoses
waiting to
be installed and I have a Motive Pressure Bleeder in the mail (something
I've
wanted for a while anyway). I didn't fabricate the questions for the
group,

but almost would consider it due to the feedback I got on a somewhat
technical
problem. Its refreshing to know we are interested in more than how
shiny a
wheel or how many watt sound system we can cram into our rides.
I do have another brake related item to ask about. Something tells
me
when I put the new hoses on, I should also replace the crush washers at
the
banjo fittings. Must be an old memory, but I think those things can be
flattened
out to where they are difficult to remove or perhaps break, particularly

since they've not been touched in 15 years. I stopped at the local NAPA
store and
they opened a catalog to a page with about 15 washers pictured along
with
dimensions for each and asked which ones I'd like. I told them the
proper one
for my car and they said they aren't listed that way. You just have to
know the
right size. Sounded pretty screwed up to me, so----anybody been through

this? I could go to the dealer, but would rather not, and do you think
I should
have some on hand before I start taking the lines off?
Thanks again for sharing of the knowledge. Just think, if we'd all

bought Honda Accords we wouldn't know nearly as much! We have one and
nothing
ever happens.
