Looking at PA-0531 I see the rear spring front pivot pins have a flat washer
and castellated nut. The nuts on the car are LOOSE, with a flat washer
bearing against the spring eye ( no cotter pin either ).
Questions,
1- is there a silentbloc type eye in the spring so I can TIGHTEN the nut? It
does not look like it to me. If not. I assume the rear spindle nut should be
slightly loose to allow the spring eye to pivot against the flat washer and
rotate on the pin?
2-There appears to be no means of lubrication on the pin, is this correct?
Thanks for any advice.
