Do you guys lube the threads before inserting into the block? hand tite??
Lube the shank of the stud to prevent rusting to the block???
Lube the top thread before torqueing down???? As tite as you can get them
with a 6" spanner, is that right?????
Also, does anyone else have this problem......years ago, I bought an
assortment of copper sealing washers and red fiber washers in
Singapore......should be good for Brit stuff right? Well nearly every time I
try to use either one, the ID is just a little too small for the
application......so its time consuming and filing to try and get a good fit.
What do youse guys do??
