well, I COULD say that at least my little hot-rod made several full-throttle

I would have to agree with this.. see if does not start.. and yes letting it
wind a few revs makes more sense than not.. Then throw the ignition. With

cc's could always use a cordless drill and socket to start it up.. Just
kidding
