And I thought dealers were bad about not disclosing defects on cars. Plus I
hate to deal with  the salesmen most of the time. I try to check out all
cars as well as possible before the purchase, because I've been burned also
(yes, even on roadsters). But you can only do so much before you make a
decision on the car, so theres a chance it could be a problem. I base many
decisions on the personalty of the seller, and my assessment of his honesty
and integrity. I usually feel better if they tell you a few things wrong
with the car rather than "runs perfect, never had a problem." Good luck on
getting the problem resolved.
