What group did you get that determination from? I would hope that original advertising would be, if not encouraged, at least allowed. I do race VSCCA which I believe bans advertising, but with a '59

Who comes up with these rules? Gee, 24 sq in is only 12 inches long by 2 inches high. My simple Goodyear stickers at 17 inches by 3.5 inches each exceeds the total allowed. I guess it is a good thing
