- Use good quality masking tape to cover the cut line. That will reduce the fuzziness and balling up that you get. Also use a fine tooth blade and go slowly. Jack

- You could try putting masking tape over the cut on the side that blows out. You might also want to take a punch and remove the set from the teeth of the sawzall blade- or use a blade with smaller tee

- Ken... a few suggestions... 1. If you lay down 1 to 2 inch masking tape along your cut... on both sides of the material...... so that you're cutting down the middle of the tape (or thereabouts) this

- You will need to score the lines with a SHARP utility knife, then make your cuts with a saber saw and fine tooth blade. Or you can do multiple scoring cuts to achieve a satisfactory result. Larry Zi
