I would suggest you leave the doors in place and also tack weld some braces across the opening. The body can be lifted with an engine hoist. The points for mounting the sling are in the Haynes or Ben

We recently removed the body from the frame of a TR4 and did it with relative ease.. Position one individual on each side of the body around the door area and one individual in the motor box,( best
