- The wiring is a "Painless" kit and the relay came with it - it's a five wire setup if I recall correctly. The fan temp sensor is located on the driver's side top of the radiator adjacent to the water

- Could be the switch, but my money is on the radiator temp sensor or the wires to it. Is there a relay in the circuit, or do you have the fan current going through the temp sensor ? Some are designed
