- Chevy used several different harmonic balancers. Different diameters too! You need to find the correct timing tab for your balancer. They make an aftermarket universal scale where you zero it out at

- Since the squeal occurs when the clutch is out (engaged) it does not appear to be a throwout bearing. The culprit is most likely a mainshaft or countershaft bearing in the transmission. Not good new

- The "100" on your pistons is actually 1.00mm. This is the same as a .040" oversize piston. The 150 (1.50mm)piston is actually .060" over and is the max size that pistons were made for the roadster.
