I replaced my dist. oil line with standard steel braided line. I had to tap the block out to 1/8 NPT in order to use standard NAS fittings and used a compression fitting on the hard line going to the guage. I used standard -3 fittings. (if my memory serves me correctly) I have a question- someone mentioned a restrictor adapter on the original hose. Is this an inline orifice to reduce flow to the distributor (so it doesn't pull too much oil away from the bearings)? Will I be ok without the restrictor or orifice? John Over 68 2000 67 1600 |
