Hi listers, My Brake master cylinder started leaking a week ago and the oil disapearred!!! Upon verification, the leak seems to be located between the brake master and the servo. Would a rebuilt kit

Your missing brake fluid will be located in your servo, unless your servo has filled to capacity at which time it will be on your feet. The answer to your question regarding rebuilding or replacing

Marc--New seals/kit can be fitted to the MC. Examine the bore out in the sunlight or with a good Maglite for signs of pitting and/or scratches. All but the most severe can be removed with a brake cyl

Mine pee's from the 'O' rings between the resivour and the master cyl. Same net effect, fluid exactly where you don't really want it. Guess I either have to fix it or put a bucket under it. Bill '70

Bill--The MC rebuild kits should have included the O-rings beween the reservoir and the MC. The one at the tipping valve is usually the suspect when a leak comes down from above. I found that a wet,

Thanks to all for your advices. I decided to take any chances, I bought a brand new master Cylinder today and I will install it tomorrow. I will probably flush everything and put silicone brake fluid
