- I'm working on this '74 and I would swear that the ignition switch has a rubber boot to keep it snugged up into the steering column lock mechanism. Or maybe that is only on later cars. Can anyone poi

- It sounds like you may still have the axle assemblu in the car. You need to undo the six nuts on each side that hold the hub assembly to the trailing arm, and then pull the axle assembly out. That's
