I'm working on this '74 and I would swear that the ignition switch has a rubber boot to keep it snugged up into the steering column lock mechanism. Or maybe that is only on later cars. Can anyone point me to some catalogs or parts books that can confirm or deny my suspicions? I could just superglue the thing into place... mjb. |
