Be very careful about pulling things together with bolts. When marrying =
the front and back half of 150 HP farm tractors together after a clutch =
job, I have learned the hard way that things should go together with =
people power, rather than threaded assistance. (Yes, we were using =
wheeled dollies =E2=80=93 not holding the rear half of the tractor in =
our arms) If the pressure plate has been removed, either make or =
purchase a pilot shaft tool to align the clutch disk. I know that we all =
have horror stories about rejoining major components, especially when we =

we had trouble getting it in that last inch. I bought some 1/4=E2=80=9D =
bolts long enough to go all the way through the holes. that pulled it =
in the last inch. I also found that unbolting the driveshaft from the =
differential then setting it up on the diff gave me some extra =
maneuvering room. its just 4 bolts. you can also remove the plugs and =
turn the engine from below by the fan. btw =E2=80=93 its hell to put =
those things in. I wouldn=E2=80=99t do it myself. =20
