Assuming you used all the right wire colors all you have to do is use your DVM set to beep (continuity check) and then check all the terminals with the same wire colors and make sure they are all connected. Then move on to the next wire color. The green, white and purple circuits will have the most terminals to check. The blue/white and blue/red (headlight) circuits will be near the low end of the spectrum. If you don't have wire with the right colors do yourself and the next guy a favour and tag the wires with some tape and permanent marker.
