Irv,
Sorry, you are right.  I only spoke from the experience of having my two cars 
tech inspected therefore my comments were most likely out of bounds. No 
excuse since I was told I had the right to protest any competitors 
classification 
and chose not too. It is not a big deal too me and I will even admit that the 
car in question may have been properly classified since it is obvious from your 
comments that questions were asked during tech and the VTR Rules were 
explained to people.
