You can't actually catch a virus from the list, because the list does not
allow for attachments, and without them there's no where for the virus to
live. You CAN have a virus forwarded to you because someone else on the list
is infected and has your email in their address book however.

I can't stress this enough, everyone should have virus software on the pc.
For years I did not listen myself and found myself formatting my computer
and reloading the OS. I have caught sooooo many virus's on this list and
other triumph list from team.net . If you do not have a Virus checker, I can
bet that you have a Virus on your pc...think about it.
