Or, you could just wait. It gets quieter. It will as you get older,
everything gets quieter, eh? :-)  I looked through the printed JC Whithney
catalog, no baffles, I would think they would effect performance.  But they
do have glass packed resonator exhaust tips that are advertised to reduce
exhaust noise. May not work or look well on a TR6 though.  They also have
the exhaust/header wrap stuff, claimed to withstand heat up to 2000 degrees
F.  Let me know if you want numbers.
