I have never had to remove the MC bracket to remove master cylinders- just
use a 'short extension' (about 3") on a 3/8' drive ratchet to get the two mc
bolts out.

Hi,
I'm going to have to replace my clutch master cylinder
again.I've done it a couple of times already in the 13
years I've owned my TR4.
The only way I was able to do that before was to
completely remove the whole bracket that also holds
the Brake master. That seems to be the only way to get
to the bolts which hold the cylinders in place.
Does anyone here know of a better way to do this job?
A special tool perhaps, or a modification to the
bracket?
Thanks
Roxy
