Hi Roxy
I just rebuilt the clutch MC on my TR4. I removed the pedal pushrod from the
cylinder first. Use a 3/8" drive ratchet and a short extension to reach down
behind the cylinder to the bottom bolt. Piece of cake. In 39 years, the pedal
bracket has never been off the car.
