I bought at an attractive price an original early Tonneau for use on my
late TR6 and it too was too short.
I solved the problem by adding loops of black 12 guage wire to each of
the front grommets...easy on and easy off when parking to keep the
elements off. Not original but fairly unubtrusive and a lot easier to
use.
