i have the cd150se carbs on my gt6. as part of the rebuild process (again!)
the vtr web site has some great instructions. my oil dampers leak bad. vtr
has a tech tip that explains to remove the needle from the air valve, then
driving out the needle adjusting screw with a 8 1/2" rod by hitting it with a
hammer. has anyone done this ? i've got it all apart and tried one decent
tap with the hammer. i dunno !!! it was really tight and i don't want to
break anything here. advice is greatly appreciated by anyone who has done
this before. also, i don't have seals in my carb rebuild kits from trf (is
says that in this ttech tip too, so now i am getting real doubtful).
