PDX area tire recommendations??

Hi,

Do any of the Portland, OR area list members have an
recommendations (or warnings!) for a tire dealer that
does a good job with wire wheels?  I'd prefer a Vancouver,
WA dealer, but anywhere in Portland would be OK.
