According to Piggott (and confirmed by STANPART spare parts catalogue):
Lucas Type CRT15 wiper motor (always mounted on the right hand side) was
installed on TR2 and TR3 up to TS12567. This one apparently has only two
terminals.
Lucas Type DR2 (always mounted on left side) was post TS12567. This one had
the parking switch which looked like a can with an electrical wire on the top
of the wiper gear housing. This is the one with the terminals #1, #2, and E.
According to Piggott, you should have the newer wiper motor. Possibly you
have the newer one, but the parking function doesn't work correctly on yours?
