Good points, Malcolm.  I have a  "100 watt" multimedia speaker/amp on my
computer that cost $10.  Yeah, 100 watts, right.  Maybe milliwatts.
  I'll be installing a stereo in the Spit I'm restoring, so will be hitting the
list for ideas shortly.  I noticed there is very little space on the rear before
hitting the gas tank, so don't know what I'll do for rear speakers.  I do
believe that, in order to hear anything, I'll need lots of speakers all around
and at least 35-40 watts (RMS!).
