Triumph Tonneau Cover

I would like to buy a Tonneau Cover for my 69 TR6. I have the original 69
seats, the ones that the headrest folds down. From what I gather, I'm stuck
buying the cover that has the seat pockets,  vs. the flat cover. I'm
wondering if a flat cover would fit if both my seat headrests were in the
down position. I remember a discussion on tonneau covers in the past, where
the flat cover was recommended. Has anyone dealt with this, any
recommendations. Thanks
