Hello listers, Yesterday my mailman gave me a box full of parts he used or had bought for his Spitfire, and I've found some weird things in there... the weirdest one being: A column mounted tachometer. This is an aftermarket product made by Sun Electric Co of Chicago Illinois. It is a Sun Super Tach SST-806, which reads up to 8000 RPM and had a setable redline. But it is an electric tach... I'm really just trying to find out more about this, I like finding out info about period accessories... mainly because I wasn't alive then! Thanks, Kai |
