Hello Andy.  Do this method on an open road?  Start the car in second
gear. 
Holding the clutch pedal to the floor. Yes, the car will start moving
down 
the road. Drive it around 15 to 20 mph. While driving and holding the
clutch 
pedal to the floor. Try to lock up the brakes. Keep trying to lock up
the 
brakes on and off.  This should free the frozen clutch dis up.  John
