It is a bit less risky/exciting if you depress the clutch and then 
apply the brakes rather than pushing it off the jack.  You also need 
to lift only one rear wheel; the diff takes care of the rest.  You 
may need to pull the choke out a little (or use your third foot on 
the accelerator) to prevent the engine from stalling.
