What do you mean by "moving"? Does it rotate all the way around or just
a little side to side? And do you have the (very rare) telescoping
steering wheel?
Mine wiggles a little side to side but no more than 15 degrees. If it
turns much
more than that you might just have (let's hope not) a broken stator tube
