Dave and Randall,
Had a look last night, no tags, but the throttle body itself has AUC6040 on
it, on the left side, right around where the butterfly is. Does that mean
anything?
Based on the description (and looking at the Moss pdf catalogue, thanks
Randy) I'm leaning towards calling them H6s. The picture in the Moss
catalogue p.18 is exactly what I see under my hood, carbs and linkage. The
box of junk parts that came with the car even has two of those ugly air
cleaners pictured on that page.
One more mystery solved, thanks all. Now I just have to adjust them!
