I, too, was shocked to see alister having trouble finding such mundane parts
as brake flex hoses for a TR3. Since I just duffed a diff last week, and
wanted to put all new flex hoses on when I drain the brakes to trade diffs
next week, I immediately got on the phone. Results? Moss has neither front
or rear in stock and reported being out for several weeks. Moss is even out
of the braided stainless sets - seems other customers have snapped them up
to get their rigs back on the road. TRF has only the rear flex hose in stock
- fronts are backordered. VIctoria British has fronts in stock - I ordered
2 - for a price higher than either Moss or TRF.
To make a long story short, to get the parts to complete a diff swap and
brake hose replacement, I had to order from Moss, VB and TRF. I really
don't mind, though that shipping times three does get a little pricey.

My advice - hoarde brake hoses!!!

60 TR3A - lame in the rear.
