I am surprised, no, shocked, no one has suggested the obvious.  Put a
Triumph engine into the frame and the leaking oil will coat the frame in
short order.

Keith, powder coat would be preferable, but you have to be able to find a
coater
with one hell of a big oven.  Failing that use a 2 pack primer like Ditzler
DP40
and top coat with urethane. Try to spray the interior with waxoyl or the
equivalent, but after painting.  John
