My thanks to everyone who responded both on and off list to the above thread. My flame proof suit is in tatters and in need of repair but I just about survived. It has certainly taught me not to make sweeping statements and thanks again to the people who have taken the time to expand on the topic with very sound good practice approaches from their own experiences.
